ACA Beacon exists to make health-insurance information simple to find and easy to trust. We compile official, government-published data — marketplace plans, subsidies, Medicaid limits, Medicare plan lists, Medigap rate filings — and present it in one interactive map and set of reference pages that are free for everyone to use.
We follow two rules without exception: every figure on the site comes from an official source we can point to, and numbers that have not been officially published are marked as pending rather than estimated. We are an independent publisher, not an insurance company, and we do not sell insurance.
